助壽司板前長阿助師傅歷經二十年學藝生涯,在跟隨多位日本料理名店師傅磨練下打下好基礎。開業後以親民為初衷,搭配每日嚴選食材,提供「新鮮、平價、美味」的料理,讓消費者品嘗當季最鮮美甘甜的海味。

The previous chef of Sakesushi, master A-chu had 20 years’ experience and established the basis for the restaurant by following the Japanese masters. Opening the restaurant with the intention to serve people’s needs, he had been working on the ingredients every day to provide fresh, fair-priced and tasty food to customers, using the freshest seasonal seafood.
